It represents a community of more than <strong>100,000 young engineers from 22 European countries<\/strong>. Each conference is hosted in a different European city, providing participants with a unique opportunity to visit local companies while exploring new cultures and destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conferences not only support professional development and networking with fellow engineers from across Europe but also encourage young engineers to broaden their international experience through travel and cultural exchange. In addition to conferences, EYE organizes workshops and webinars designed to be highly interactive. Participants work on real-life engineering challenges, develop practical skills, and build valuable professional connections.
